Breast Surgery​

Modern treatment of breast cancer has come a long way from the days when women were routinely offered only mastectomy (removal of the entire breast) for small cancers and pre-cancerous conditions. Sometimes, it is safe (and indeed safer!) to do less extensive surgery that still gives women the same benefits in cancer treatment. We will come up with a plan as a team, including medical and radiation oncologists – and you.
